I'm Mokhinur Khabibullaeva — a chess player and FIDE Arbiter from Uzbekistan. On the board I play for the win; off it, I keep the game fair.
Competing under the Uzbekistan flag with a classical rating that keeps climbing — +86 since May, a new personal best, and a place in the top 40 active women in Uzbekistan.

Confirmed by the International Chess Federation in 2026 — the arbiting years at the UzChess Cup, the Agzamov Memorial and the national championships, now on paper.
Born in 2006, I grew up with chess — first as a player chasing the win, then as an arbiter learning to protect the game itself.
Today I compete in classical, rapid and blitz for Uzbekistan — most recently at the 1st Central & North Asian Youth Championship on the shore of Issyk-Kul, the Fergana Region Governor's Cup, and the “Mahalla Ligasi” republic final at Tudakul, which I won on 7½/9.
Off the board I officiate — the UzChess Cup, the Agzamov Memorial, national youth championships, and in September 2026 the 46th Chess Olympiad in Samarkand, my first. FIDE confirmed the work that year with the FIDE Arbiter title. Online, friends know me as Moonlight.

The republic final at Tudakul, run under the Five Initiatives Olympiad. Took it on 7½/9 — first on tiebreak, a year after losing the same hall on Buchholz by half a point.

An open rating tournament at the EXPO centre in Fergana — seven classical and seven rapid games that carried the classical rating to a new best of 1783.

Fifteen to twenty-seven September, Samarkand — 1,961 players from more than 200 federations at the Silk Road International Exhibition Centre, and my first Olympiad on the arbiting team. Uzbekistan took the Open gold at home.
